The Kwikool KBP1000 BioAir+ works as an air scrubber with 99.97% HEPA filtration and UVC light for air purification. KwiKool offers a ceiling kit for the KBP1000 (CK-12S-SS, sold separately) to move air out into a separate space (the ceiling). The unit can operate as a standalone negative pressure machine, standalone air scrubber or it can simultaneously clean and purify while creating a negative pressure.
The 4 inch thick, hermetically sealed HEPA filter used in the BioAir+ unit, in conjunction with a high static blower, traps particulates down to 0.3 microns. As an added layer of protection, specially designed internal UVC lights are inside each air chamber. These UVC lights irradiate the evaporator coil, air stream and all internal surfaces of the evaporator chamber, killing micro-organisms and pathogens, while still cooling the air.
