We offer reliable ground shipping throughout North America, usually at no cost to the customer. In stock products purchased before 2:30 PM PT Monday - Friday are usually shipped in 24-48 business hours with the exception of Federal Holidays or specific lead times indicated on the product page. For in stock products purchased after 2:30 PM PT, these will also be shipped within 24-48 business hours, beginning the following business day, and with the same exceptions mentioned below.
Customer Service
Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service possible. At the same time, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel and / or report any transaction that even remotely appears to be of a fraudulent nature. Bottom line: we're all here to do business in the most professional and comfortable way possible for all parties involved. If you have any other intent, please do not try it with us. We have a very effective system in place for our protection and the protection of our customers and we will report you if fraud is suspected.
Payment Methods
Standard payments methods such as VISA, MC, Discover, or American Express are, at this time, accepted without additional fees. In the case of any returns, any credit card fees incurred are not refundable. Refunds for PayPal purchases are usually refunded by PayPal.
Lead Times
Products with specific lead times stated on the product pages, these lead times are kept as accurate and up to date as possible. However, there may be times when the lead time is extended by the manufacturer. We will do our best to keep you updated on any lead time changes, but you agree that such extended lead time changes are possible when making a purchase of these items.
Damaged Item Policy
We do everything we can to ship our products as safely and securely as possible to try to get them to our customers without damage. This is very important to us. This is why our packaged shipments have been inspected and approved by UPS. Cosmetic damage does not happen often, but does happen from time to time, and is the reason why every item ordered from this site is shipped with UPS Flex Parcel Insurance. Flex Parcel Insurance provides loss, theft and damage protection. If an item shows up damaged a claim has to be filed within 72 hours of its delivery. If the box shows up damaged please check the products and report any damage as soon as you can by providing an email and photos to support@airpurifiersandcleaners.com. The customer must also provide UPS access to the package and allow them to retrieve the package for inspection.
Air Purifiers and Cleaners.com and Murphy Enterprises of AL Inc. do not provide refunds, exchanges or returns for damaged products including but not limited to dents, scratches, scrapes and smudges without a UPS or other carrier claim. Air Purifiers and Cleaners.com products ordered from this site are brand new when they are picked up by the carriers. If the units or installation products ordered from this site are broken, lost, stolen or damaged during shipping or after delivery the shipper (UPS) or customer are responsible. If a unit or installation product suffers cosmetic damage while being shipped and the customer would like a refund or a new product a claim has to be filed and won before a new product can be sent or the item refunded, unless the damage would prevent the unit from being mounted or installed properly, in which case a new unit would be shipped right way.
Shipping Exceptions and Delays
Though all carriers have shipping delays or delivery exceptions from time to time, we are not responsible for these delays or exceptions as they are out of our control. If you did pay for shipping on one of our products and there is an unexpected carrier or other delay out of our control, we cannot refund shipping costs. We will, however, do everything we can to work with the carrier to get the product delivered as soon as possible.
Returns and Cancelling Orders
Our return policy is very simple, as well: as a drop ship distributor, we operate under the specific return policies dictated by each manufacturer, with no exceptions. If you have a problem with an item you have ordered, give us a call immediately. Or, fill out the contact form below and tell us what the problem is. Many times, we can resolve the problem right over the phone. If you would like for us to call you back, please indicate that in your message below and include the best number / time of day to call. We will help process your return, again within the guidelines set out by each manufacturer.
Most of our manufacturer partners will not accept returns simply because of shipping delays or other circumstances beyond their control, or because the item isn't wanted now, buyer's remorse, etc. The only manufacturers that will usually accept returns other than defectives are Airdog, Austin Air and Blueair, who typically offer a 30 day money back guarantee, subject to their rules and conditions and only if the 30 day guarantee was in effect at time of purchase.
For cancellation of residential or consumer orders before they have shipped, this can almost always be done without fees if you let us know to cancel within 48 hours from the date / time of order. If the manufacturer charges a fee, you will be responsible for the fee. For commercial, industrial or business orders, many of these items are custom built. Due to the production devoted to these units, special parts and special labor required to produce such units, a cancellation fee may apply to any orders canceled after 3 business days from date of order.

Aller Air: If you return a unit within 15 days from date of purchase, package unopened, you will receive a refund, minus a restocking fee of 25%. After 15 days, or if the package has been opened, there are no returns except as authorized by the manufacturer. Defective or Damaged: The Aller Air warranty applies to units or parts, which are proven to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials. In this instance, AllerAir Industries Inc. will, at their discretion, repair or replace the part or product free of charge in accordance with the aforementioned guidelines. Shipping costs to the factory are the responsibility of the end-user, but the unit will be shipped back to the end-user at the company's expense.(provided that you have registered your warranty), and all all at the discretion of AllerAir and Air Purifiers and Cleaners.com

Blueair: Defective or damaged: if a Blueair item arrives defective or damaged, let us know within 30 days from date of purchase and we will replace the item and send a call tag or label to return the item, with free shipping back to you, as well. After 60 days, if defective / not working correctly, Blueair will, at their option, replace the unit with a refurbished same model unit or repair the unit you are sending back. Blueair offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on these conditions: any unopened units can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, units only, does not include filters. If package has been opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
