These amazing dust collecting units are placed in between the laser, grinder or other machine and your extractor to trap a large percentage of the dust or particulates before they reach your extractor filters, often increasing extractor filter life by 30-50% or more. The ILF600 inline particle filter system features a 10 pocket F6 bag filter with about twice as much capacity as the 5 pocket filters in the ILF300 inline filter system. The ILF600 particle collecting pre-filter is suitable for virtually all extraction systems, especially those with an exceptionally large amount of dust being generated. The included F6 bag filter traps 82% of particles 1 micron in size and up to 100% of particles larger than 1 micron. The optional 10 pocket F8 pleated filter traps 97% of particles 1 micron in size and up to 100% of particles larger than 1 micron. The F8 inline air filtration system is better suited when there is an exceptionally large amount of dust, while medium dust applications may do well with the F6 filter, which is more cost effective if you don't have a ton of dust being generated.
