Shipping Rates and Policies
Our shipping policies are very simple---we offer FREE shipping for all products to anywhere in the Continental U.S. via UPS Ground, US Postal Service, or other carrier of our choice. Free shipping applies to all home / office air purifiers, dehumidifiers, filters, air test kits, etc. Does not apply to commercial or industrial air purifier units, dehumidifiers, filters, etc.We will, however, find the lowest, best shipping rates for any of our commercial / industrial customers and provide incentives for continued business! Shipping to international customers will require shipping charges as dictated by the carrier. Your order will arrive in a timely fashion, with most arriving in 3-7 business days. If you would like expedited delivery, overnight, 2 day, etc--please contact us and we'll provide you with a discounted rate! Policies: Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service possible. At the same time, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel and / or report any transaction that evcen remotely appears to be of a fraudulent nature. Bottom line: we're all here to do business in the most professional and comfortable way possible for all parties involved. If you have any other intent, please do not try it with us. We have a very effective system in place for our protection and the protection of our customers. Returns: if you have a problem with an item you have ordered, give us a call immediately. Or, fill out the contact form below and tell us what the problem is. Many times, we can resolve the problem right over the phone. If you would like for us to call you back, please indicate that in your message below and include the best number / time of day to call. If it is a manufacturer's defect or the item was damaged in shipping, we will replace the item with free shipping within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the damage or defective item. Since we offer free shipping to the customer, any return shipping charges will initially be responsibility of the customer--however, we will issue a credit for the cost of the shipping that can be used toward your next purchase of a purifier, filters, accessories, anything on our site. If you ordered the wrong item, we will gladly exchange the item and make any cost adjustments necessary. If an item is broken and needs repair--please contact us toll-free at 1-800-701-2513 or by email below. Specific Manufacturer Return Rules: Aller Air: 15 days from date of purchase, package unopened, if not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a 100% refund, no restock fee. If the unit has been opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Defective or Damaged: will issue a call tag to send unit back and unit will be repaired in concordance with the terms of the warranty agreement (provided that you have registered your warranty). Blueair: Defective or damaged: if a Blueair item arrives defective or damaged, let us know within 30 days from date of purchase and we will replace the item and send call tag (free shipping) to return the item, with free shipping back to you, as well. After 60 days, if defective / not working correctly, we will, at our option, replace the unit with a refurbished same model unit or repair the unit you are sending back. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: any unopened units can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. If package has been opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Repairs will be made in concordance with the warranty agreement, provided you have registered your warranty, which automatically extends your warranty from 1 to 5 years. Enrollment in the Filter Club (providing periodic automatic shipments of filters) increases your warrant to a limited LIFETIME warranty, provided you have registered your warranty. Electrocorp: 15 days from date of purchase, if package is unopened, you will receive a 100% refund, no restock fee. If the item has been opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
